Taste-T Fried Rice

- 2 Broccoli (from garden)
- 10 Snap Peas (from garden)
- 2 Carrots (from garden)
- 1/2 cup of brown rice
- 1 egg
- A piece of ham
Directions
1. Clean the vegetables (broccoli, snap peas, carrots).
2. Cook brown rice in rice cooker. (For directions on that, CLICK HERE)
3. After the rice is done cooking, let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
4. Fire up the frying pan to a MEDIUM.
5. Crack open the egg and beat the egg.
6. Once the rice has cooled, put the rice in the frying pan.
7. Following the rice, put the beaten egg over the rice and mix the rice around.
8. After several minutes of cooking the fried rice, toss the vegetables in the frying pan and mix the fried rice with the veggies. After several minutes of mixing the veggies and rice, the Taste-T Fried Rice is complete.
