Meat Lover's Fried Rice

- 5 pieces of Carrots (from garden)
- 3 cups of Lettuce (from garden)
- 2 pieces of long Green Onions (from garden)
- 1 strip of Cilantro (from garden)
- 2 Broccoli (from garden)
- 4 Peas (from garden)
- 3 cups of Rice
- 4 Egg
- 2 slices of Ham
- 6 bacon strips
- 2 Sausages
Directions
1. Clean the vegetables (carrots, lettuce, green onion, cilantro, broccoli, and peas).
2. Cook the rice in rice cooker. (For directions on that, CLICK HERE)
3. After the rice is done cooking, let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
4. Fire up the frying pan to a MEDIUM.
5. Crack open the egg and beat the egg.
6. Take the bacon strips and slice them up into pieces.
7. Put them in the oven and bake them in 350C for about 5-10 minutes or until it's golden-brown. Let it cool until Step 12.
8. Cut the ham and sausages into bit size pieces.
9. Place the ham and sausages onto the frying pan and let it cook.
10. After 2 minutes, put the cooled rice into the pan.
11. Cover the rice with the beaten egg and mix it for 3 minutes.
12. The put the bacon and vegetables (from Step 1) on the fried rice.
13. Cook the fried rice for an extra 2 minutes and the Meat Lover's Fried Rice is complete.
